Quality Policy

Our products are mainly used in workplaces with strong regulatory constraints. We have thus set up strict quality procedures in order to satisfy the various legal standards (GxP, NF EN ISO/CEI 17025, etc) and meet our customers’ requirements.

Quality policy is based on the fundamental commitment of the top management and all the staff (programmers, marketing, support, training, etc).
This policy is implemented by the Quality department made up of two units:

  • Quality Control :
    • checking that software corresponds to customer requirements and our quality standards
  • Quality Assurance – Validation :
    • supervising our quality system
    • making sure our products comply with current regulations and standards
    • regulations and standard watch
    • customer satisfaction
